WHAT IS A DESIGN FORUM?
Each year, the IIDA Carolinas Chapter hosts two forums; one in the Spring and one in the Fall. These forums aim to unite the interior design community while fostering engagement across various facets of our diverse industry.
These events provide a platform for networking, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration amongst professionals who are passionate about shaping the future of interior design.
JEFFERSONIAN DINNERS.

Following the success of our 2026 Spring Forum, the IIDA Carolinas Chapter is introducing Jeffersonian Dinners during each forum to allow for knowledge-sharing, networking, and collaboration amongst design and industry professionals.
Dating back to Thomas Jefferson’s famous gatherings, these dinners gathered thought leaders and influencers to engage in focused, meaningful conversations. By centering on a single discussion at a time, participants unlocked the power of collective wisdom, fostering an environment to listen, learn, debate, and inspire. Our goal is to create a safe space for exchanging ideas, allowing you to connect with peers who are equally passionate about shaping the future of the design industry. No preparation is needed, but we invite you to engage fully in the conversation.
