“Spiegel is a leading U.S. retailer of apparel & accessories. Its innovative catalog and e-commerce business approach positioned the brand’s global success for many years. This design concept will maintain the family’s business legacy while responding to its unique commercial needs, market challenges, and future growth. These new office interiors will be based on the company’s dictum “By People, for People”; it will enhance comfort, functionality, and mobility in the work environments that will not only encourage collaboration but will also offer settings that inspire work-life balance ethics. Spiegel’s corporate office interiors will highlight the trendy and stylish fashion sense of the brand, it will emphasis the vibrant culture, family-friendly, and creativity of the organization throughout the entire workspaces. This design will accommodate the work modalities and technology needs of all team members. It will offer various collaborative areas, seating options, and lounges to allow for flexibility, functionality, and efficiency. A fun, relaxing, and inviting atmosphere will be created using warm colors mixed with a neutral palette. The appealing amenities & spacious office design will make every employee feel right at home. Employees will have the option to work remotely and/or use a desk booking App to hold their seating options for their work schedules. These space planning concepts will respond to the company’s business growth while accommodating approximately 2/3 of the staff on any given day. The flexibility concept reinforces the work atmosphere that Spiegel has always promoted and will continue to uphold its company values.
