This medical practice headquarters reflects its holistic, patient-centered values through a spa-like, hospitality-inspired environment. Reimagined mid-process during the COVID-19 pandemic, the design evolved from a standard MOB into a serene, wellness-focused facility enhancing experiences for patients, staff, and the surrounding community. Expansive windows increase the biophilic design to promote calm and dignity. The terrace and flexible community room serve as shared amenities, hosting wellness events and fostering connection. This project redefines healthcare by embedding beauty, empathy, and accessibility into the heart of a walkable neighborhood.
