Glenn Johnson, Connor Gatzke, Kristianne Simeon & Choate

The project is located within the developing Ten Tenths Motor Club, a 100-acre complex designed to attract automotive enthusiasts and manufacturers from around the world. The Ten Tenths Circuit is a purpose-built, lighted road course with three configurations for high-performance driving. Designed by F1 veteran and two-time 24 Hours of Le Mans winner Alexander Wurz, the road course includes a 1.7-mile full circuit, featuring 112 feet of elevation change. The vision for the motor club is to create an experiential destination to be enjoyed by members from professional drivers to high-performance driving enthusiasts, car collectors, and their guests. Prominent exotic and domestic automobile manufacturer organizations coupled with commercial partners from across the nation and world visit the track for demonstration and performance testing.

With commanding views over the circuit, the Ten Tenths Motor Club is a prestige venue adding unique stock to the region’s event hospitality offering. Members are invited to both host and participate in top-tier club dining, track and entertainment-based events. Diverse events such as collector concours, charity galas and exhibitions as well as special interest group outings are among the planned annual dates.

Refreshing stylistically and thematically, the host building’s persona is upscale, energetic, and bold, complementing traditional convention center, urban hotel, and static venue offerings in the region.
