Bandwidth’s new 22-acre headquarters campus in Raleigh, North Carolina, is the culmination of a decade-long partnership between the company and the design team. The project includes a 5-story office building, a Montessori-based preschool, a mass timber event center, fitness center and a wide range of outdoor amenities—all designed to reflect Bandwidth’s people-first culture and commitment to wellbeing.

A technology company founded and based in Raleigh, Bandwidth envisioned a campus that would embody its mission. It needed to unify previously scattered teams under one roof, support neurodiverse work modes and help their teams not only do their best work, but also integrate nature, hospitality, and family into their workdays. From the sound of children’s laughter to the sight of families enjoying lunch together, to coworkers enjoying a friendly game of basketball after work, the campus needed to be a living reflection of Bandwidth’s belief that the workplace should empower people to thrive and support their commitment to the whole person promise.
