Blending modern sophistication with timeless homestead charm, The Stead at Farmington, aptly named, embraces a masculine aesthetic softened by elegant finishes and refined details.

The design team was met with the task of creating the illusion that this property once served as a homestead and has since been renovated and repurposed to suit the needs of the community. Rooted in a robust design language, the architecture and interiors draw on the raw, grounded feel of traditional farmhouse structures, featuring rich textures, natural materials, and strong, clean lines.

Residents enjoy over 9,000 square feet of curated amenity space, including a fully equipped business center complete with private workspaces and two conference rooms, a spacious catering kitchen ideal for hosting, a cozy coffee bar, and an inviting wine lounge perfect for unwinding.
